All our products are home-baked freshly that morning by Samuel, our baker and are free from additives and stabilisers.
Sourdough is a healthier option to commercial bread. Our Sourdough is leavened by natural yeast culture and cold fermented over a long-period of time to create a unique texture. The very essence of how bread is meant to taste.
